- EULA Specific Terms, section 8: the term License means "a Subscription License and/or Perpetual License" for the purposes of the limit of five Licenses.

- An entity may hold up to five Licenses for the Software across the whole organisation; more than five requires the business edition under the BULA, where available. The limit does not apply to software without a business edition.
