License Key configuration
Definition
Software License Agreement s.1: "Licensed Configuration" means, as indicated on the License Key, the choice of features and the maximum number of users, devices or nodes (an internal computing device with an IP address) on the trusted side of the network or trying to traverse the firewall, the numbers of cores, or the maximum throughput capacity stated, or other hardware or software specifications declared in the purchase order or licence request, upon which the licensing fee was based.
Counting rules
The Licensed Configuration printed on the License Key is the entitlement. Use is limited to the Licensed-server identified by its host ID (IP address for Central and Local licences). A product without a License Key is limited to the minimum configuration allowed. Altering the number of readable IP addresses, users or cores presented to the product to circumvent the Licensed Configuration is a breach (s.2.5).
Floors / minimums
Without a License Key the minimum configuration for the Product applies. No other floor stated.
