- "a non-exclusive, nonsublicensable, non-transferable perpetual license (with the exception of (i) the license shall not be perpetual if the Product is designated for a limited time period only, in which case the license shall terminate at the expiration of the applicable period; and (ii) with regards to any Hardware Product, the license shall be valid only as part of and for the life of the originally designated Hardware Product)"
