- Azul Software Agreement - Intelligence Cloud, Exhibit A: "“Distinct JVMs” means the monthly average number of unique JVM Streams that connect to the Product per hour as reported by Azul in each monthly billing cycle during the Order Term." "“Units” means the number of Distinct JVMs that the Customer purchases, and is permitted to use, as described in an Order."
- Counting rules
- Azul measures the number of unique JVM Streams connecting per hour and averages it across each monthly billing cycle. A JVM Stream is the stream of Customer Artifacts that one Connected JVM communicates while running Customer Software; a Connected JVM can be an Azul JVM or any third-party JVM. Usage above the purchased Units in a calendar month is invoiced as Overage Units at month end. Base Fees are charged in addition to Units.
