- “Additional Agreement” means any agreement signed directly with an Autodesk entity that expressly supplements or amends the Terms (for example, an enterprise business agreement). Additional Terms for Specific Offerings (effective 7 June 2026): “Certain Token Flex Offerings are subject to additional terms as set forth below (“Additional Terms”). To the extent any such Offering is made available to You via Your Enterprise Business Agreement (“Agreement”), You agree to the Additional Terms for that specific Offering.” TOU Offering Types: if You have an enterprise business agreement, the Token Flex Offering terms and conditions included therein will apply. Flex buying page: “No, only select companies qualify for an Enterprise Business Agreement, which includes access to Token Flex and other benefits.” Public EBA contract PDF is not published.

Cloud Services Catalog (effective 14 April 2026), Additional Terms (effective 7 June 2026), and Usage Data Table (effective 22 July 2022) are incorporated by reference in the Token Flex Program via the customer Agreement. Desktop Token Flex daily rates for AutoCAD / Revit / Inventor / Maya / 3ds Max are in the customer EBA (Attachment 1) — not public. Flex Rate Sheet rates do not apply to Token Flex desktop products. Autodesk publishes no Named-User-to-Token Flex conversion. Capacity Offerings with Token Flex as Underlying Offering: Authorized Users may continue to use Capacity Offerings even if the Token Flex token balance reaches zero (0); excess is paid per the EBA; Burst Unit Capacity Rates are in the Cloud Services Catalog. APS only: 1 Flex Token and/or 1 cloud credit equals 1 Token Flex Token for Autodesk Platform Services use. That 1:1 is not a general Flex-to-Token Flex exchange rate. Additional Agreement controls over General Terms to the extent set forth in the Additional Agreement. Distinct from public Flex Token Packs.
