- TOU Capacity-based Offerings: use is on a per-unit basis (“Capacity Unit”); each Authorized User needs a unique Autodesk ID; an active Underlying Offering (e.g. Single User, Flex, or Token Flex) is required. “For Capacity Offerings in which Token Flex is the Underlying Offering, Your Authorized Users may continue to use the Capacity Offering(s) even if Your Token Flex token balance reaches zero (0), in which case You will be required to pay for such excess token usage in accordance with … Your enterprise business agreement.” Burst Unit Capacity Rates for Token Flex Underlying Offerings are in the Cloud Services Catalog (public; effective 14 April 2026). Additional Terms (effective 7 June 2026) apply to certain Token Flex Offerings via the customer EBA. Desktop Token Flex daily rates are in the customer EBA Attachment and are not public. Flex Rate Sheet rates do not apply to Token Flex desktop products. Distinct from Flex zero-balance rule (Flex blocks access including zero-rate products).
