- Product-Specific Terms: an "AI Request" is the completion of an interaction or series of interactions with an AI Agent as determined by Asana based on the complexity of the interaction or interactions.
- Counting rules
- Pooled at organization level and consumable by any End User. Failed, timed-out or cancelled interactions do not count. Drawn in the order included allotment, prepaid usage packs, on-demand billing. Included requests refresh monthly; prepaid requests last for the Subscription Term; unused requests expire at the end of the term and are forfeited.
- Floors / minimums
- Included: 5 requests per user per month, up to 50 per account (Starter, Advanced) or 250 (Enterprise, Enterprise+). Prepaid packs USD 0.50 per request; on demand USD 0.60 per request (pricing page).
