- Licensing Policy (Snap Deploy): a "Machine" means a computing device composed of a unique combination of motherboard, one or more network interface cards, and one or more CPUs which operates as a single hardware unit.
- Counting rules
- A Machine License allows unlimited Deployments of any Images to one Machine and moves only on approved decommissioning; a Deployment License allows a single Deployment of one Image. Since 1 August 2023 only subscription Machine licences are offered.
