- Pooled minutes equal 4,000 times the number of 8x8 Engage and 8x8 Contact Center licences purchased; each minute of call time, inbound or outbound including callbacks, uses one pooled minute. Overage is charged at $0.01 per minute in the Engage documentation and in the Usage page default for standard geographic calls.
