- Customer may not assign its rights or delegate its duties under the Agreement either in whole or in part without Wrike’s prior written consent, except that Customer may assign the Agreement in whole to one of Customer’s Affiliates, or to a successor in interest as part of a corporate reorganization, consolidation, merger, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets.
