- For Virtualization Environments, up to 2 Virtual Machines running the same Service Pack can be deployed with one Subscription. This Subscription is not eligible for BYOS. Note that a single Subscription for “1-2 Sockets or 1-2 Virtual Machines” cannot be used for 1 socket on a Physical Server and 1 Virtual Machine. Neither can it be used for 2 Virtual Machines running at different Service Pack levels.
