- SUSE Subscription Terms §8.1: "SUSE operates a ‘Bring Your Own Subscription’ (BYOS) policy that allows You, subject to compliance with the remainder of this Section 8, to use SUSE Products in those Public Clouds that are certified by SUSE and are listed at https://www.suse.com/programs/cloud/public/ (“Eligible Public Clouds”) and to ‘transfer’ existing Subscriptions in respect of ‘on premise’ deployments to those SUSE Products."

- Register the Subscription in the SCC first (§8.1). Consent to the cloud vendor reporting usage to SUSE (§8.2). SUSE may remove a cloud vendor on sixty days written notice; transferred Subscriptions continue for the notice period or the remaining term, whichever is shorter, and may move to another eligible cloud or back on premises (§8.3). "Physical only, 1-2 Sockets" and "1 Virtual Machine" Subscriptions are not eligible (Product Appendices, Appendix A §3). The SUSE BYOS page names AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
