- "During the Term and for a period of one (1) year thereafter Nexthink or a third-party on its behalf may, at its expense, during normal business hours and upon reasonable notice, audit the Customer's compliance with the terms of this Agreement (a "Compliance Assessment"). If a Compliance Assessment reveals any non-compliance by the Customer with these terms and conditions then, in addition to any remedies otherwise available to Nexthink, Customer will reimburse Nexthink for the full cost of the Compliance Assessment."
