- "Within thirty (30) days of receipt of such notice, Customer shall either (a) reduce the Active User Count to conform to the Contracted User Count, or (b) execute an Order Form for additional subscriptions to cover the excess Users at Instructure's then-current rates, prorated for the remainder of the applicable subscription term, and/or pay any invoice for excess usage in accordance with Section 6."
