- "Customer will report to IBM promptly if Customer exceeds its Entitlements under an Order Form. Unless the parties otherwise agree in an applicable Order Form, if Customer’s Usage exceeds its Entitlements, Customer’s Entitlements will be increased accordingly, invoiced in accordance with Section 3 of this Agreement or via the applicable Business Partner, and co-termed to the applicable Order Form."
