  • TestComplete End-of-Support Policy. Full support for the latest three TestComplete releases, limited support for the three before them, and end of support once six or more newer versions have been released. [1]
  • ReadyAPI End of Support Policy. Each ReadyAPI release receives one year of Active Support and one further year of Security Support, reaching End of Support two years after its initial release. [3]
  • ReadyAPI File-Based License End-of-Life Policy. File-based ReadyAPI licences were deprecated in favour of SmartBear License Management, with technical support ending in October 2023 and issuing and activation ending on 2025-10-01. [4]
  • Swagger Studio On-Premise Support Policy. Full support for the latest version and the previous three minor versions; 1.x instances reached end of life on 2023-10-31 and receive upgrade assistance only. [7]
  • Zephyr End-of-Life Policy. Zephyr Enterprise major releases receive full support for one year after general availability, and the end-of-life date is one year after the last minor release. [9]
  • Zephyr DC End of Support Policy. Zephyr apps for Jira and Confluence Data Center are supported when less than two years old and running on a Jira or Confluence version that has not reached end of support. [10]
  • Collaborator End of Support Policy. Each Collaborator release receives one year of Active Support and one further year of Security Support, reaching End of Support two years after its initial release. [12]
