SmartBear

SmartBear makes software testing, API lifecycle and application monitoring tools, including TestComplete, ReadyAPI, Swagger, Zephyr and BugSnag. Its products are sold as term subscriptions under the SmartBear Master Solutions Agreement, with free trials and free plans for some tools.

  1. The SmartBear Master Solutions Agreement governs the acquisition and use of SmartBear Solutions and is accepted by clicking "Agree", executing an Order, issuing a purchase order or using a Solution.[1]

  2. Unless either party gives notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the Order Term expires, orders automatically renew for one-year periods at SmartBear's then-current prices for the same number of Users and entitlements.[2]

  3. SmartBear warrants that Licensed Software performs substantially per its Documentation for 90 days after delivery, and that SaaS performs substantially per its Documentation for the subscription term.[3]

  4. BugSnag offers a Free plan for solo users and paid Select and Preferred plans sized by monthly error events and performance-monitoring spans.[4]

  5. TestComplete offers a free 14-day trial and requires the Windows operating system.[5]
