- End of Primary Support (EOPS). RSA products reach End of Primary Support a minimum of 24 months after general availability unless stated otherwise, and EOPS dates are reached at the end of the stated month. [2]
- Extended Support Level 1 and Level 2. After EOPS, extended support is offered at two levels; for Access Manager, Level 1 runs one year past EOPS with Severity 1 hot fixes and Level 2 two years past with best-effort support only. [3]
- Cloud update policy. Cloud Authentication Service tenants are updated automatically to the latest monthly release and Identity Router servers within 30 days of each release. [1]
