  • Application lifecycle stages. Each application is in active development, maintenance or termination; End of Sale is announced at least six months ahead and End of Life usually follows within two years for business applications. [2]
  • Support Policy Category A. Endpoint and server applications receive one year of Full Support and two years of Limited Support after each feature update release. [3]
  • Support Policy Category B. On-premises consoles and the ESET Management Agent receive six months of Full Support and two years of Limited Support after each version release. [3]
  • Support Policy Category C. Mobile, XDR, encryption, multi-factor authentication, proxy and plug-in applications receive Full Support until the next feature update, then one year of Limited Support. [3]
  • Support Policy Category D. Cloud solutions receive Continual Full Support. [3]
  • Support Policy Category E. API categories receive Full Support until a new version is released and Limited Support for an individually defined time afterwards. [3]
