ESET, based in Bratislava, Slovakia, makes endpoint, server and mobile security products for home users and businesses, managed for businesses through the ESET PROTECT platform. Business products are sold as subscriptions for an agreed number of devices, directly or through ESET partners and MSPs.

Subscription
Per device

The Terms of Use for Business are an agreement between ESET, spol. s r. o. (Bratislava, Slovak Republic) and the legal or natural person that obtains its business services.^[1]
Customers and MSPs obtain usage rights by buying a subscription to a Protection Tier, a subscription to standalone products or services, or a Trial Subscription; services can be bought from ESET or from ESET Partners.^[2]
The right to use the services is non-exclusive and non-transferable, and applies to the agreed number of devices for the duration of the subscription period.^[3]
Subscription activation codes and licence keys must be kept confidential and may not be disclosed to anyone except the customer's own End-Users.^[4]
Trial Subscriptions are offered at ESET's discretion and, unless otherwise stated, only to customers who have not previously subscribed to the services on trial.^[5]
