- Long-Term Support (LTS). Each major Designer and Server release gets maintenance support for 24 months from its release date, and minor releases share the major release's end-of-support date. [1]
- Designer-only releases. Technical support for a Designer-only version continues until 60 days after the next Designer or LTS version is released. [1]
- Alteryx One app updates. Only the latest Alteryx One app release is actively supported; prior versions become unsupported after 60 days and functionally restricted after 120 days. [1]
- Earlier support terms. Before the 2021.4 release, versions were supported for 18 months from release, and Self-Managed Designer Cloud for 16 months. [2]
