Oracle Transaction Controls Governor
Oracle Transaction Controls Governor is a governance, risk and compliance application that examines transactions in a company's business applications for evidence of error, fraud or other risk. It is one of two components of Oracle Governance, Risk and Compliance Controls, alongside Oracle Application Access Controls Governor, which deals with conflicting duties and user access. In later releases the component is named Enterprise Transaction Controls Governor.
