Oracle Enterprise Transaction Controls Governor
Oracle Enterprise Transaction Controls Governor is a component of Oracle's Advanced Controls, together with the Application Access Controls Governor, that checks business transactions for evidence of error, fraud or other risk. Users build models and controls and run them inside business applications such as Oracle E-Business Suite.
