Backup Exec Custom Edition
Backup Exec Custom Edition is a perpetual-only licensing model for Backup Exec in which the server, agents and options are each licensed separately. Meters include per server for Backup Exec and its Windows and Linux agents, per host for the VMware and Hyper-V agent, and per application for the Agent for Applications and Databases. Options such as Deduplication and NDMP are also licensed individually.
