Block Storage
Block Storage is an Akamai Cloud service that adds extra storage drives, called Volumes, to Linodes. Volumes grow as data grows, use erasure coding for durability, run on NVMe SSDs and work with any Linux-compatible file system. They can be managed through the API, CLI, a Kubernetes CSI driver, Terraform and Pulumi, and the separate Backups service does not cover them.
