- Cloud subscription use is limited to Authorized Users and the order form limits
- Authorized User includes contractors, advisors and Affiliate employees

- Order forms are non-cancellable and the Subscription Term is a continuous commitment

- Termination for customer breach accelerates all remaining amounts
- ThoughtSpot may suspend for payments 30 days overdue or integration overuse
- Assignment is permitted to Affiliates and non-competitor acquirers
- California law governs and disputes go to San Francisco or Santa Clara courts
- Updated agreement terms apply at renewal
- Order form overrides the main body, which overrides the Program Guide
