- Upon execution by the parties, each Order Form is non-cancellable and, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, non-refundable. Prices stated in each Order Form are final. Each Subscription Term is a non-divisible, continuous commitment, regardless of the invoice schedule, and pricing is based on a purchase of the entire Subscription Term.
