- OpenEdge Core licences cover every core on every server running the product
- OpenEdge cores are counted as allocated, virtual or physical, production or not

- Progress audit: underpayment billed at list price, costs above 5%
- Progress audit records must be supplied within five business days
- A change of control counts as an assignment of Progress licences
- Progress on-premises products may run on third-party cloud instances
- Replaced Progress product versions may run for 90 days after an update
- Progress evaluation licences may not be used in production
