(on behalf of itself and its Affiliates) and the customer for Cloud Services, On-Premises Software and services: order of precedence, fees and excess use (s.2.2), use rights and Entitlements (s.3.1, 3.2), restrictions (s.3.3), evaluation (s.3.5), term and auto-renewal (s.11.1), verification (s.12.7), Delaware law (s.12.9) and the list of product Supplements (Exhibit A).
