- "each Order Form will automatically renew for successive renewal subscription terms of equal length to its initial subscription term, unless the parties agree in writing to modify the successive subscription term prior to the expiration of the then-current subscription term, or one party provides the other party with written notice of non-renewal at least forty-five (45) days prior to the expiration of the then current subscription term."
