- Master Terms and Conditions that govern all NiCE Transaction Documents: licence grant, restrictions, invoicing and payment, renewal, termination, liability, order of precedence. The page carries no publication or effective date, so effectiveDate is null.

- Licence is internal-use, non-transferable and non-sublicensable
- Resale, transfer and derivative works are prohibited
- Benchmarking and competitive use are prohibited
- Load, stress and penetration testing are prohibited
- Using AI to replicate the Services is prohibited
- A breach of the scope of use is a material breach
- Affiliates may buy under the same terms
- The customer is responsible for charges in its Business Unit
- Business Unit is an independent billable instance
- Fees are payable within 30 days with 1.5% monthly interest
- Invoice disputes must be raised within 60 days
- Transaction Documents are non-cancellable and non-refundable
- Ceasing use does not reduce amounts due for the term
- Unpaid final invoices attract liquidated damages of twice the amount
- Renewal fees may rise by the greater of 5% or CPI-U
- Non-renewal needs notice 60 days before the term ends
- Non-renewal notice by other methods is not valid
- Missing the non-renewal notice commits the customer to the next term
- Liability cap does not limit recovery for use above the quantity purchased
- Customer may not assign without consent but NiCE may
- The Terms and Conditions prevail over Transaction Documents unless stated
- Trial and evaluation access is provided as is
- Software means software on hardware the customer controls
