- Non-commercial use requires a personal email address
- Customer retains rights in Input and Output
- Customer grants ElevenLabs a perpetual licence to Content
- Content can be excluded from training through the Data use setting
- Service licence is limited, non-transferable and revocable
- Individual account credentials may not be shared
- Unused credits are forfeited when an account is closed
- Recurring Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price
- Prepaid Credits expire after twelve months
- Prepaid Credits cannot be transferred or sold
- All sales are final; refunds at ElevenLabs' discretion
- Usage above the subscription volume is charged as overage
- Protected health information needs an executed BAA
- Customers answer for their employees and authorisations given on behalf of an entity
- Disputes are subject to individual JAMS arbitration under New York law
