- Evidence
- Order Terms are twelve months unless otherwise agreed
- Auto-renewing Order Terms can be non-renewed with 30 days' notice
- Added units are priced at the highest per-unit price and prorated
- Unauthorised extra units may be deactivated after 30 days
- Invoices are due in 30 days and fees are non-refundable
- The subscription licence is limited to the Order Term and Authorized Users
- Only Authorized Users may access the services
- Resale or sublicensing needs prior written permission
- Use is for internal business purposes in line with the Documentation
- dbt platform availability SLA is 99.9% a month
- SLA credits are capped at 5% of monthly platform fees
