- Personal licence is for personal use on devices allowed by the plan
- Family plan access may not be sold through subscription-sharing sites
- A Friends & Family plan has one Manager and up to ten Members
- The Manager may not take compensation from Members
- When a Friends & Family plan ends, Members revert to their prior plan
- Personal subscriptions renew automatically with 30 days notice
- Annual personal subscriptions are refundable within 30 days of start or renewal
- An upgrade is charged for the full new term with a pro-rata credit
- Accounts supplied by an employer are governed by the employer agreement
- Dashlane may suspend personal access 15 days after a failed renewal payment
- Personal trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled
- Personal Terms changes take effect 30 days after posting for existing users
- VPN and Dark Web Monitoring are partner features
