- Standard terms for On-Premise Software Subscriptions and Cloud Services Subscriptions of all BeyondTrust Software, with Exhibit A (Defined Terms: Active Login, Active Endpoints, Asset, Instance, Managed User and/or Managed Computer Object, Managed Devices, Managed Servers) and Appendix 1 for customers who continue to own perpetual licences up to December 2026. Effective date null: no effective or revision date is printed on the page; the agreement takes effect on the Effective Date defined in Exhibit A.
