- Licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited to contracted quantities
- Use rights end with the contract term
- Licence key should be activated within 14 days
- No downgrade during a Subscription Period
- Upgrades are charged pro rata within the current period
- AnyDesk may analyse usage data to verify licence compliance
- Customer must enable audits of hardware and software environment
- On-site audits at most once a year
- Overuse above 5% shifts audit cost and triggers back-licensing at list price
- No resale, rental or transfer of the software to third parties
- Transfer of the contract needs AnyDesk written consent
- Twelve-month term renews unless cancelled 30 days before the end
- No ordinary termination during a Subscription Period
- Renewal price increases take effect unless the customer objects
- Prices may be adjusted during the term for cost changes
- Billing objections within four weeks
- AnyDesk Free is limited to personal, non-commercial use
- Free use may be suspended on suspicion of commercial activity
- Business trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled
- Only the latest version is supported (2)
