AnyDesk Software GmbH, based in Stuttgart and formerly signing its software as philandro Software GmbH, makes the AnyDesk remote desktop and remote support application. AnyDesk is free for personal, non-commercial use; professional use requires an annually billed Solo, Standard, Advanced or Ultimate licence sized by concurrent connections, users and managed devices.

  1. AnyDesk's code signing certificate by philandro Software GmbH was replaced with a new one by AnyDesk Software GmbH.[1]

  2. AnyDesk offers four paid licences (Solo, Standard, Advanced and Ultimate), all billed yearly, with multi-year subscriptions available on request.[2]

  3. Plans are sized by concurrent connections (1 for Solo and Standard, 2 for Advanced, with add-on connections), managed devices for unattended access (100 to 2,000 by plan), and team size; Ultimate starts with 5 licensed users.[3]

  4. A user is the initiator of a session and needs a valid licence assigned to their account; session participants do not need a paid licence.[4]

  5. The right to use AnyDesk Free is limited to personal, non-commercial use, excluding use for the customer's trade, business or profession or for remunerated purposes, and AnyDesk may analyse usage data to verify this.[5]

  6. The terms grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the software, and a License Overuse and Audit section lets AnyDesk analyse usage data to verify compliance with the purchased licence.[6]
