- Use outside the geographic scope can end a perpetual licence
- Auto-Renewal needs 90 days' written notice to stop
- Altium may require compliance documentation and physical access within 30 days
- Altium may suspend access if use exceeds the licence scope
- Each Authorized User needs a unique account with a distinct email address
- Affiliates and Altium Competitors may not use the products without consent
- MSA evaluation period is fifteen days by default
- MSA breach can be cured within 30 days of written notice
- MSA payments are non-refundable
- MSA disputes go to ICC arbitration under California law
