- Light Users Product Sheets (Last Updated 2025-08-15): Light Customer Users are limited to 1 GB (ZIA) and 0.5 GB (ZPA) of Monthly Traffic per Seat. If the Allowances are exceeded by more than 10%, the customer must reduce bandwidth, order additional Seats and/or Monthly Traffic (prorated), or upgrade Light users to regular Seats; if none is done within 90 days of notification, Zscaler or the Partner may invoice from the date of notification.
