- Terms of Use (February 2026) §2.1: WithSecure grants "a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable right to use the specified Solution, for a specified time period", subject to payment of subscription and license fees. §3.1 prohibits selling, distributing or transferring the Solution to third parties and sublicensing.
