- EU Data Act addendum (September 2025): EU-headquartered and EU-billed clients may request switching or erasure; the Notice Period is at least two months and the Transitional Period thirty days (extendable once). The Agreement terminates on completion of switching, but remaining subscription fees are payable as an early termination fee. Switching charges may apply to notices before 12 January 2027 where the work is disproportionate.
