Audit on 30 days notice; customer pays if deviations are found

- EULA 2.2.3: Vector, or an independent auditor it appoints, may verify compliance on at least 30 days' notice, on site or remotely during business hours. Deviations must be corrected, for example by additional licensing, and the customer then bears the audit costs (also when it gave cause for the audit). (effective 2026-10-01)
