- Service Terms – Success Points s.1.2: points are an annual allocation per subscription year; unredeemed points expire on the anniversary of the Success4U Professional Subscription Start Date. During the Minimum Term up to 30% of a future year’s points can be brought forward via the Customer Success Manager.
