- GTB s.1.1: the Agreement is governed, in descending order of priority, by the Sales Order, the General Terms of Business, the relevant Service Terms and Product Specifications, the Delivery Scope Document (if any) and the Policies. The FAQ adds that terms are incorporated by reference into the Sales Order and that English versions prevail over translations.
