- SaaS Terms s.3-4: Service Availability for the Production Environment of 99.8% or more per calendar month; RTO 12 hours and RPO one hour targets. Service credits of 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% of the month’s charges for one to four or more consecutive missed months are the sole remedy and must be claimed within three months.
