- ToS s.3.3.2: approved invoiced customers receive monthly invoices payable within 30 days by bank transfer in USD unless the Order Form says otherwise; if a failure to pay is not remedied within 15 days of notice, Twilio may charge the lesser of 1.5% per month or the legal maximum and suspend all accounts.
