- EULA s.11: within 30 days of notice the customer pays list-price licence and maintenance fees for the excess, a compensation fee set by Tungsten, interest at 12% a year (or the legal maximum), and the audit costs if use exceeds 105% of licensed use. Non-payment allows immediate termination.
