- A perpetual licence permits one copy on one Device for a single Authorized User and, except for multi-user programs such as site licences, a second copy on a second Device for the same user. Windows and Mac versions may both be installed. (effective 2024-01-01)

- Home and office or desktop and laptop use by one person.
