- Commercial use suspected (Knowledge Base, 2026-05-11): TeamViewer suspects or detects commercial use for accounts and TeamViewer IDs; uninstalling does not remove the flag. Users submit a reset request with all involved IDs (up to 10 per form); if commercial use is still suspected, TeamViewer offers a declaration of private use. Connections to devices flagged as commercial remain impossible.
