- Product Appendices (June 2026), Appendix J §2: LTSS Extreme Core extends support for SLES 11 SP4 on x86-64 only, for the Kernel, openSSL and gLibc packages. It covers only SLES 11 SP4 instances deployed before the purchase date, on the hardware or Virtualization Environment where they then ran; instances deployed or migrated later are not supported. Public cloud instances are excluded unless covered through BYOS.
